The job list - in no specific order.



Here the job list of all the items which were changed, modified or added since I purchased the boat. The order is not in sequence of importance, but as it came to mind when I was writing down the list.

JOB LIST:

- Removed all layers of anti-fouling.

- Osmose treatment.
  

- New anti-fouling (3 layers).


- Painting of hull and deck.
 

- Painted inside cabin.
  


- Removal of all (SS) hardware on deck for maintenance and polish.
   

- Removal of various holes, like old water inlet, loudspeaker in cockpit, support for fishing poles.

 
 
- Mast and boom painted white.
  

- Removed the little deck  on the stern.
- Removed the “spoiler” which was part of the pushpit.
- Installed a new ladder on the stern.


Changed the type of radar reflector.

Changed cockpit drains and adjusted the connections inside, so they will drain correctly when inclined.
    

Changed from steering wheel to tiller.
  

Changed out rudder shaft with new shaft with top & bottom bearing (Jefa).
   

New tiller hardware (Jefa).
  

Installed new cockpit floor, a rubber immitation of a teak deck (Jett Deck).

All parts which used to be painted grey are now painted grafite, like the genoa track, the traveler, side sheaves and the main hatch on the fore deck.
   


Changed out the polycarbonate plate of the main deck hatch.
  


Changed all 4 portholes.
      


All sails have been checked and repaired.
Removed blue protection part on the genoa II.

Purchased a protection sleef which can be used for a head sails.


Purchased a jib.


Engine battery changed location from inside the engine compartment to underneath the chart table. No change to get wet and easily accesible.



Installed B&G Triton instruments (Wind, depth and velocity meter, GPS).
     

Changed out main sail and genoa halyards.
  
 
Changed out 2 sheaves for the Spinnker/Gennaker halyards.



Made a box for the instruments on the coach roof.


    

Changed the navigation lights on the bow and Stern.
  

Repaired navigation lights on the mast.
  

Made a new companionway hatch.
   

Made improvements on the bolts which supported the additional weight on the keel.
  
 

Shaped the keep and rudder.
  

Installed an automatic pilot.



Changed out the roller on the traveler.



Installed a rigid vang.



Made the main Lewmar 55 winches 3-speed again.

Renewed all overboard valves (5 in total).
Relocated power plug and shower exit to a locker in the cockpit.
Painted all the lockers on the inside and renewed the wooden boards inside.
Cleaned water tank.
Removed and checked diesel tank.
Installed a lock on the main cockpit locker.
Changed out the toilet.
